Calling All Young Artists in Northeast Florida!
UNF MedNexus invites K-12 students across Northeast Florida to share their creativity and imagination in the Young Artists Competition — a celebration of artistic talent and visionary thinking!
We want to see how you imagine the future of healthcare. Will it include robots and healing technology? Nature-inspired hospitals? Kindness, compassion, and innovation? Let your imagination take the lead!
Submission Guidelines
- Who Can Enter: Students in grades K–12 in the five county region (Duval, St. Johns, Baker, Nassau, Clay)
- Theme: Your Vision of the Future of Healthcare
- Art Mediums Accepted: Drawing, painting, mixed media, collage, digital art, etc.
- Maximum Size: 18” x 24”
- Deadline to Submit: March 1, 2026
How to Submit Your Artwork
- Complete the submission form
- Upload a clear photograph of your artwork
- Be sure to include:
- Your full name
- Your grade level
- Your school name
Prizes & Recognition
- Top entries will be showcased in the UNF MedNexus Gallery
- Winners will receive exciting prizes and be recognized for their artistic talent
- All participants will receive a certificate of participation
