Audiology Support: A Growing Career Field
Audiology support is a rapidly growing segment of healthcare in Northeast Florida and across the nation. As the population ages and hearing technology continues to evolve, demand for hearing healthcare services is increasing with employment for audiology professionals projected to grow about 11–16% through the next decade. Entry-level audiology assistants typically start with salaries in the $50,000 to $60,000 range, and positions with experience or in high-demand clinical settings can exceed $100,000 annually, making this an accessible and well-compensated allied health career pathway.
