Class Descriptions

 

Bootcamp

A full body workout encompassing a mix of high and low intensity movements using bodyweight, free weights, balance and cardio. Work at your own pace with modifications in both directions. Leave the class feeling strong, powerful and accomplished. 

Buns & Guns

This class is all about symmetry. You will utilize plyometric exercises, body weight calisthenics, and strength training to sculpt and tone your upper and lower body. Exercises can be done invidivually or in pairs. This class can have outdoor elements involved, so bring your water bottle and towel.

Core & More Yoga

All levels welcome in this strengthening yoga class. You'll learn how to engage your core through movement, balancing postures, and holds. Enjoy an upbeat class with intentional movement.

Hip Hop Fitness

Get up and get moving with this energy choreographed dance class that will get your body moving and sweating. No dance experience required.

 

Meditation

Learn how to meditate using different techniques and forms of the practice. There is no right or wrong way; this class will allow you to access a calm space within yourself. You will leave feeling grounded and balanced.

Mixed Level Yoga

Whether you're a beginner or an advanced yogi, we have something for you. This creative yoga practice is built for restoring the body and increasing flexibility through slower paced poses, along with stretching and breathing exercises. This class will allow options to modify each posture, allowing all levels to feel comfortable and challenged.

 

Relaxing Yoga

Come unwind and find your inner peace with slow movement, gentle stretching, and deep breathing. Intertwining breath work, meditation, and soft stretches, this class is perfect for those looking to find time to unwind and clear the mind.

Restorative Yoga

This yin style yoga class allows your body to sink into postures, release tension, and still the mind. We will use bolsters and blocks to find gentle variations of stretches which will be held for a longer period of time. We will begin class with restorative breathwork and end in a guided meditations. All levels welcome.

 

Spin/Spin Express (55 min/30 min)

Spin provides the perfect environment to push your Cardio limits. You’ll pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and other interval drills with great music and motivating instructors. Bring a towel and water, and get ready to sweat!

Spin & HIT Combo

This class will start with a 30-minute spin class to get your heart beating and your body sweating. Class will transition into the Fitness Studio for a total body HIT sesh! Lots of intervals, circuits, and more to expect in this combo class! 

Spin & Stretch

Get ready to get your sweat on then stretch it out. This class will be a Spin X-Press followed by stretching focusing on the muscles used in spin. You'll get your heart rate up then leave relaxed.

Spin & Strength

This class will incorporate sprints, climbs, and jumps on the spin bike, with lightweight dumbbell exercises on the bike. Think of this class as a spin class that has frequent bursts of a strength class. You won't want to miss this!

Strong & Fit

Short on time? Challenge yourself for 30 minutes with both high intensity training and traditional strength training. These high intensity intervals will get your heart pumping and body sweating, and the strength segments will isolate individual muscles for a toned, lean physique! 

Tabata

In this 55 minute sweat session, you will be challenged to perform exercises at the highest intensity for intervals of 20 seconds with 10 seconds of rest in between. Your whole body will be worked while increasing your aerobic and anaerobic capacities, resulting in more calories burned even hours after the workout.

Yogalates

Combing yoga and pilates, this class focuses on core strength, balance, and stability. You’ll work to strengthen, lengthen, and tone all areas of the body by prioritizing breath, alignment, and repetition. 

Zumba

High energy dance fitness featuring Latin and international rhythms including salsa, merengue, hip hop, and much more. No dance experience required.
