Class Descriptions

Barre: This class focuses on building long, lean muscles through functional movements and low-impact cardio. This is a perfectly challenging workout for all fitness and skill levels. Come pulse your way through this exciting class featuring choreographed repetitive movements. No dance experience required.

Buns & Guns: This class is all about symmetry. You will utilize plyometric exercises, body weight calisthenics, and strength training to sculpt and tone your upper and lower body. Exercises can be done individually or in pairs. This class can have outdoor elements involved, so bring your water bottle and towel.

Cardio Party: Join us for a fun cardio party where we cross fitness and rhythmic movements in this 55 minute energetic aerobic class.

HIT Training: Full body high intensity interval training (HIIT) that uses a variety of equipment and timing intervals to challenge the muscular and cardiovascular systems.

International Dance: Learn steps and songs from around the world! This choreographed dance class that will get your body moving and sweating. No dance experience required.

Meditation: Learn how to meditate using different techniques and forms of the practice. This class will allow you to access a calm space within yourself. You will leave feeling grounded and balanced.

Mixed Level Yoga: Whether you're a beginner or have been practicing yoga for years, we have something for you. This practice is built for restoring the body and increasing flexibility through a variety of poses and breathing exercises. This class will allow options to modify each posture, allowing all levels to feel comfortable and
challenged.

Pilates: Pilates focuses on core strength, balance, and stability movements. Through repetition, you will strengthen all areas of the body. This class combines classical and modern mat work while utilizing props and optional weight.

Power Yoga: Power yoga is a total body yoga class, ideal for those looking to sweat. Connecting breathing to movement in a faster paced environment, this class can help strengthen and stretch muscles. This upbeat class won't leave you disappointed.

Relaxing Yoga: Come unwind and find your inner peace with slow movement, gentle stretching, and deep breathing. Intertwining breath work, meditation, and soft stretches, this class is perfect for those looking to find time to unwind and clear the mind.

Spin/Spin Express: (55mins/30mins) Spin provides the perfect environment to push your cardio limits. You'll pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and other interval drills with great music and motivating instructors. Bring a towel and water, and get ready to sweat!

Spin & Stretch: Get ready to get your sweat on then stretch it out. This class will be a Spin X-Press followed by stretching focusing on the muscles used in spin. You'll get your heart rate up then leave relaxed.

Yogi Abs: This class focuses on building a stronger core with yoga inspired abdominal exercises.

Zumba: High energy dance fitness featuring Latin and international rhythms including salsa, merengue, hip-hop, and much more. No dance experience required.
