Class Descriptions

Core & More Yoga

All levels welcome in this stregthening yoga class. You'll learn how to engage your core through movement,
balancing postures, and holds. Enjoy an upbeat class with intetional movement.

HIT Training

Full body high intensity training (HIT) that uses a variety of equipment and timing intervals to challenge the muscular
and cardiovascular systems.


All levels welcome as you learn the techniques, applications, and exercises involved in karate. This class will
strengthen your legs, core, and arms as you learn karate kicks, punches, and sequences. Train your body and mind as you work individually and with the opportunity to pair up.


Mixed Level Yoga

Whether you're a beginner or an advanced yogi, we have something for you. This creative yoga practice is built for restoring the body and increasing flexibility through slower paced poses, along with stretching and breathing exercises. This class will allow options to modify or variate each posture, allowing all levels to feel comfortable and challenged.

Partner Pump

Grab a friend and take this fun HIT style class! Training is more fun together! This class can also be taken individually.

Relaxing Yoga

Come unwind and find your inner peace with slow movement, gentle stretching, and deep breathing. Intertwining breath work, meditation, and soft stretches, this class is perfect for those looking to find time to unwind and clear the mind.

Restorative Stretching

Perfect class for a pre-workout warm up, a post workout cool down, or as an active recovery/rest day. This will
be a relaxing class to improve flexibility and mobility for all fitness levels.

Restorative Yoga

This yin style yoga class allows your body to sink into postures, release tention, and still the mind. We will use
bolsters and blocks to find gentle varations of stretches which will be held for a longer period of time. We will begin class with restortive breathwork and end in a guided mediaition. All levels welcome.


Spin Express

This 30 minute all-levels class is perfect if you’re short on time and still want to break a good sweat. In this cardio class, you’ll pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and other interval drills with great music and motivating instructors. Bring a towel and water, and get ready to sweat!

Spin & Strength

This class will incorporate sprints, climbs, and jumps on the spin bike, with lightweight dumbbell exercises on the
bike. Think of this class as a spin class that has frequent bursts of a strength class. You won't want to miss this!

Spin & Stretch

Get ready to get your sweat on then stretch it out. This class will be a Spin X-Press followed by stretching focusing on the muscles used in spin. You'll get your heart rate up then leave relaxed.

Strength & Stretch

Interested in strength training but also want to get a good stretch in? This class incorporates interval strength
training of the entire body, with emphasis on stretching the body parts worked. Expect around 30 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of flexibility/mobility.


In this 55 minute sweat session, you will be challenged to perform exercises at the highest intensity for intervals of 20 seconds with 10 seconds of rest in between. Your whole body will be worked while increasing your aerobic and anaerobic capacities, resulting in more calories burned even hours after the workout.


High energy dance fitness featuring Latin and international rhythms including: salsa, merengue, hip hop, and much more. No dance experience required.
