The UNF "Osprey Connector" is the University's shuttle system that provides convenient transportation around campus and to the St. Johns Town Center when UNF classes are in session.
This service is available to all students, faculty & staff, and campus visitors. Take advantage of this opportunity, it is fast, safe, clean and free!
All Osprey Connector shuttles are ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant. If you need further assistance due to a mobility need, please contact Parking & Transportation Services at (904) 620-4280 to schedule a pick-up.

Temporary schedule for holidays/intersession/H.S. graduations
Summer 2026 intersession
- Osprey Connector: service will end at 6 p.m. on Friday, July 31 and will resume at 7 a.m. on Thursday, August 13.
- Osprey Transit: service will end at 5 p.m. on Friday, July 31 and will resume at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 13.
- Town Center: service will end at 3 p.m. on Friday, July 31 and will resume at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 15.
Labor Day holiday
- Osprey Connector: service will be adjusted with one active shuttle from 11 a.m. to midnight on Monday, September 7.
- Osprey Transit: service will end at 5 p.m. on Friday, September 4 and will resume at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8.
- Town Center: service will be adjusted to be active from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, September 7.
Veterans Day holiday
- Osprey Connector: service will be adjusted with one active shuttle from 11 a.m. to midnight on Wednesday, November 11.
- Osprey Transit: service will end at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10 and will resume at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 12.
- Town Center: service will be adjusted to be active from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, November 11.
Thanksgiving holiday
- Osprey Connector: service will end at midnight on Sunday, November 22 and resume at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 28.
- Osprey Transit: service will end at 5 p.m. on Friday, November 20 and resume at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, November 30.
- Town Center: service will end at 3 p.m. on Sunday, November 22 and resume at 11 a.m. on Sunday, November 29.
Winter Break
- Osprey Connector: service will end at 6 p.m. on Friday, December 11 and resume at 11 a.m. on Sunday, January 3, 2027.
- Osprey Transit: service will end at 5 p.m. on Friday, December 11 and resume at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 6, 2027.
- Town Center: service will end at 3 p.m. on Friday, December 11 and resume at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, January 6, 2027.
Martin Luther King Jr. holiday
- Osprey Connector: service will be adjusted to one active shuttle from 11 a.m. to midnight on Monday, January 18.
- Osprey Transit: service will end at 5 p.m. on Friday, January 15 and resume at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 19.
- Town Center: service will be adjusted to be active from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, January 18.
Spring Break
- Osprey Connector: service will end at 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 13 and resume at 11 a.m. on Sunday, March 21.
- Osprey Transit: service will end at 5 p.m. on Friday, March 12 and resume at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, March 22.
- Town Center: service will end at 3 p.m. on Friday, March 12 and resume at 11 a.m. on Sunday, March 21.
Spring 2027 intersession
- Osprey Connector: service will end at 6 p.m. on Friday, April 30 and resume at 7 a.m. on Monday, May 10.
- Osprey Transit: service will end at 5 p.m. on Friday, April 30 and resume at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, May 10.
- Town Center: service will end at 3 p.m. on Friday, April 30 and resume at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 10.
Memorial Day holiday
- Osprey Connector: service will end at 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 29 and resume at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, June 1.
- Osprey Transit: service will end at 5 p.m. on Friday, May 28 and resume at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 1.
- Town Center: service will adhere to the normal schedule of 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, May 31.
Juneteenth holiday
- Osprey Connector: service will end at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 17 and resume at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 19.
- Osprey Transit: service will end at 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 17 and resume at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, June 21.
- Town Center: service will adhere to the normal schedule of 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, June 18.
Independence Day holiday
- Osprey Connector: service will be adjusted to one active shuttle from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, July 5.
- Osprey Transit: service will end at 5 p.m. on Friday, July 2 and resume at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 6.
- Town Center: service will be adjusted to be active from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, July 5.

Weekday Route:
- Starts at Kernan Boulevard (next to Hicks Hall/Lot 53) and proceeds to
- the Flats at UNF (Building 65)
- Central campus area shuttle stops that include:
- Fountains North
- Engineering North
- Arena
- Lot 18
- Library
- Student Union
- Returns back towards the core of campus, with additional five stops prior to finishing at Kernan Boulevard (next to Hicks Hall/Lot 53)
Weekend Route:
- Starts at The Flats
- Central campus area shuttle stops that include:
- Fountains North
- Engineering North
- Library
- Student Union
- Engineering South
- Crossings
- Returns to the Flats (repeat)

Osprey Transit -- Riders with Mobility needs
The Osprey Transit is a dedicated shuttle to assist students, faculty and staff with mobility needs and temporary mobility needs that extend beyond the assigned standard shuttle stops on campus. While all the Osprey Connector shuttles are full accessible, the customer now has the additional option of requesting a pick up and drop off location on campus.
This exclusive shuttle is equipped with four wheelchair seats and 8 - 10 seats for other mobility needs.

The Town Center shuttle route starts on campus in front of the Thomas G. Carpenter Library, Building 12 then stops at the following locations of the Town Center Parkway:
- ALDI grocery store
- Maggiano's Little Italy restaurant
- Target home goods, clothing & other store
- Publix grocery store, before returning to the Library stop on campus
This route can be can be tracked in real-time via TransLoc app.
Safety
To ensure a safe and comfortable ride on the Osprey Connector shuttle, please follow these rules:
- No alcohol
- No animals allowed other than approved service animals
- No smoking
- Be seated
- Shirt and shoes are required
If the shuttle is not running and you choose to walk during late hours, you may request a Safety Escort by calling the University Police Department at 904-620-2800.
