The UNF "Osprey Connector" is the University's shuttle system that provides convenient transportation around campus and to the St. Johns Town Center when UNF classes are in session.
This service is available to all students, faculty & staff, and campus visitors. Take advantage of this opportunity, it is fast, safe, clean and free!
All Osprey Connector shuttles are ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant. If you need further assistance due to a mobility need, please contact Parking & Transportation Services at (904) 620-4280 to schedule a pick-up.

Temporary schedule for holidays/intersession
Winter break schedule:
- Osprey Connector: service will be inactive after 6 p.m. Friday, December 13 and will resume 11 a.m. Sunday, January 5, 2025.
- Osprey Transit: service will be inactive after 5 p.m. Friday, December 13 and will resume 7:30 a.m. Monday, January 6, 2025.
- Town Center: service will be inactive after 3 p.m. Friday, December 13 and will resume 11 a.m. Sunday, January 5, 2025.
Martin Luther King Jr. schedule:
- Osprey Connector: the schedule will be modified with a start time at 11 a.m. to midnight on Monday, January 20.
- Osprey Transit: service will be inactive after 5 p.m. Friday, January 17 and will resume 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 21.
- Town Center: the schedule will be modified with a start time at 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, January 20.
Spring break schedule:
- Osprey Connector: service will be inactive after 3 a.m. Saturday, March 15 and will resume 11 a.m. Sunday, March 23.
- Osprey Transit: service will be inactive after 5 p.m. Friday, March 14 and will resume 7:30 a.m. Monday, March 24.
- Town Center: service will be inactive after 3 p.m. Friday, March 14 and will resume 11 a.m. Sunday, March 23.
Spring intersession:
- Osprey Connector: service will be inactive after 6 p.m. Friday, May 2 and will resume 7 a.m. Monday, May 12.
- Osprey Transit: service will be inactive after 5 p.m. Friday, May 2 and will resume 7:30 a.m. Monday, May 12.
- Town Center: service will be inactive after 3 p.m. Friday, May 2 and will resume 10 a.m. Monday, May 12.
Memorial Day:
- Osprey Connector: the schedule will be modified with a start time at 11 a.m. to midnight on Monday, May 26.
- Osprey Transit: service will be inactive after 5 p.m. Friday, May 23 and will resume 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 27.
- Town Center: the schedule will be modified with a start time at 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, May 26.

The Campus Route:
- Starts at Kernan Boulevard (next to Hicks Hall/Lot 53) and proceeds to
- the Flats at UNF (Building 65)
- Central campus area shuttle stops that include:
- the Fountains
- Engineering
- Arena
- Lot 18
- Library
- Student Union
- Returns back towards the core of campus, with additional five stops prior to finishing at Kernan Boulevard (next to Hicks Hall/Lot 53)
These routes can be viewed through the shuttle map and can be tracked real-time via TransLoc app.
Osprey Transit -- Riders with Mobility needs
The Osprey Transit is a dedicated shuttle to assist students, faculty and staff with mobility needs and temporary mobility needs that extend beyond the assigned standard shuttle stops on campus. While all the Osprey Connector shuttles are full accessible, the customer now has the additional option of requesting a pick up and drop off location on campus.
This exclusive shuttle is equipped with four wheelchair seats and 8 - 10 seats for other mobility needs.

The Town Center shuttle route starts on campus in front of the Thomas G. Carpenter Library, Building 12 then stops at the following locations of the Town Center Parkway:
- ALDI grocery store
- Blaze Pizza restaurant
- Maggiano's Little Italy restaurant
- Target home goods, clothing & other store
- Publix grocery store, before returning to the Library stop on campus

Safety
To ensure a safe and comfortable ride on the Osprey Connector shuttle, please follow these rules:
- No alcohol
- No animals allowed other than approved service animals
- No smoking
- Be seated
- Shirt and shoes are required
If the shuttle is not running and you choose to walk during late hours, you may request a Safety Escort by calling the University Police Department at 904-620-2800.
