Alertus Duress Buttons

How the Alertus Duress Buttons Work:

  1. Press the alert button.
  2. An alert is sent to UPD that the button has been pressed and provides them with the location of the emergency.
  3. A police offer is sent to the listed location of the duress button.

How to Request an Alertus Duress Button:

  1. Create an IT request to the Help Desk.
  2. Make sure to include a detailed description of how many buttons you need and where they need to be installed.
  3. Provide any additional information the help desk asks you to provide.
  4. We will reach out to you with any questions or updates.
