Classification and Compensation

The Classification & Compensation (C&C) unit is responsible for staff compensation, position classifications and descriptions and rewards/recognition programs. C&C provides consultative services to UNF leadership regarding appropriate compensation, organizational structure, and other position elements to strategically align with University and department objectives.

If you are in a leadership role at UNF, use the HR Help Support Portal to schedule a consultation with C&C.
