Collective Bargaining

Chapter 447, Florida Statutes, provides for collective bargaining by public employees. University police employees are currently represented by the Coastal Florida Police Benevolent Association, Inc. (PBA). In-unit faculty members are represented by the United Faculty of Florida (UFF).
