Collective Bargaining
Chapter 447, Florida Statutes, provides for collective bargaining by public employees. The majority of our support staff employees are currently represented by the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME). University police employees are currently represented by the Coastal Florida Police Benevolent Association, Inc. (PBA). In-unit faculty members are represented by the United Faculty of Florida (UFF).
