Sanctions: 

  • Disciplinary Probation: Effective immediately, the chapter is on Disciplinary Probation through May 1, 2026. Probation means that further violation of policy could result in Suspension or Expulsion from the University of North Florida.  
  • Restriction - Advisor Presence Required: All events/meetings/socials/functions/etc. of the organization will have an advisor present, either virtually or in-person, effective now through May 1, 2026. Documentation of all events and who will be present must be communicated with OFSL.  
  • Behavioral Contract: The active members of the Organization are required to complete a Behavioral Contract Guided Analysis exercise with Resolution and Engagement Team to interactively process the incident and overall situation you participated in. Depending on your specific Guided Analysis exercise, you will complete either a one-step or three-step process which will be described in further detail during your initial meeting.  
  • Required Meetings: You are Required to Meet with the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life to review expectations of the organization and understanding of restrictions outlined as a result of the conduct case. This meeting will take place twice a semester while the organization is on probation.
