Operation New Uniform Career Readiness
UNF Professional and Lifelong Learning is proud to partner with Operation New Uniform (ONU) to offer a comprehensive Career Development Program for Servicemembers, Veterans, and Military Spouses. Since 2014, ONU has empowered over 600 participants across 25 states with the tools and support needed for a successful career transition.
ONU’s Career Readiness program includes high-impact transition training, personalized career coaching, professional networking, and ongoing alumni support. Built on the globally recognized Sandler methodology, the program helps participants boost confidence, communicate their value, and achieve meaningful employment.
Training Program Highlights
- Small Class Sizes — Maximum of 15 students per class for a personalized experience.
- Hands-On Career Coaching — Resume reviews, mock interviews, and salary negotiation support.
- Alumni Network for Life — Graduates remain part of a supportive, career-focused community.
