Deadlines: The regular pre-order deadline is Nov. 1. Late pre-orders can be placed through Nov. 8 with a rush shipping fee. After Nov. 8, graduates can only place their orders by contacting or visiting the UNF Bookstore.

Shipping: All regalia orders ship to the address provided when placing your order.

Returns: Caps and tassels are yours to keep! Return rental gowns and hoods after your ceremony. Each order has a return shipping label, or you can return your items directly to the UNF Bookstore.

Other regalia: Graduation announcements, class rings, and diploma frames are available via the UNF Bookstore or online with Herff Jones.

Undergraduate students wear their tassels on the RIGHT side of their caps.

Graduate students wear their tassels on the LEFT side of their caps.

Customizing Your Cap: You can decorate your cap in any way consistent with the UNF Student Code of Conduct. Enter a photo of your cap in the Swoop Your Cap Contest if you'd like to win extra tickets and VIP seating for your guests!
Our Commitment to Sustainability
UNF understands that the responsibility for sustainability lies in each and every one of us. Our actions, while small, make up part of the overall footprint left by all beings on this planet. In an effort to decrease that footprint, we are using the Herff Jones ClassRental™ caps and gowns for commencement regalia. These are premium-quality gowns which are cleaned, inspected and packaged after each use. Using rental gowns positively affects eventual landfill usage as well as requiring less material and energy than creating new gowns for each commencement.
