Susan Joy Smith Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Donor Criteria  

• meet admission requirements and be accepted into the University of North Florida
• reside in Duval County, Florida for tuition purposes
• enroll as a junior in a program in the Brooks College of Health
• demonstrate financial need as defined by UNF Financial Aid Office
• complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

Student Responsibility  

• enroll full-time (12 credit hours) each semester and earn a minimum of 24 credits by the end of the each academic year
• maintain a GPA of at least 2.5 for the junior and senior years
• comply with all University regulations, rules, and codes of conduct governing students on campus
• consent to release grades to the University Development and Alumni Engagement Division for reporting to donors
• remain in good standing as a student with the University
