Donor Criteria

• meet admission requirements and be accepted into the University of North Florida
• enroll as full time or part time in the Brooks College of Health
• preference given to students whose interests are in the rehabilitation profession: such as physical therapy, athletic training, exercise science, rehabilitation counseling and students who have worked or are working in the rehabilitation area
• demonstrate financial need as defined by UNF Financial Aid Office
• complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

Student Responsibility

• earn a minimum of 18 credits by end of each academic year
• maintain a 3.0 GPA
• comply with all University regulations, rules, and codes of conduct governing students on campus
• consent to release grades to the University Development and Alumni Engagement Division for reporting to donors
• remain in good standing as a student with the University
