Diane S. Raines Nursing Scholarship

Donor Criteria

• meet admission requirements and be accepted by the University of North Florida
• reside in Florida for tuition purposes
• enroll full-time as an undergraduate student in the Brooks College of Health School of Nursing with a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester
• earn a GPA of at least 3.0
• complete a minimum of 15 hours at the Muslim-American Social Services clinic duringthe spring semester as a part of their clinical rotation
• demonstrate financial need as defined by the UNF Financial Aid Office
• complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
• be selected by a committee chosen by the Dean of BCH

Student Responsibility

• maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 
• meet with the donor at least once per year
• comply with all University regulations, rules, and codes of conduct governing students on campus
• consent to release grades to the University Development and Alumni Engagement Division for reporting to donors
• remain in good standing as a student with the University
