One Call Care Management Scholarship

Donor Criteria

  • meet admission requirements and be accepted into the University of North Florida
  • reside in Florida for tuition purposes
  • earn a minimum UNF GPA of 2.75 for their junior year,
  • enroll as an undergraduate and be a senior
  • declare a major in Health Administration or Public Health
  • complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and
  • demonstrate financial need as defined by the University's Office of Financial Aid
  • be selected by a committee chosen by the Dean of the Brooks College of Health

Student Responsibility

  • enroll with at least six (6) credit hours in the fall and spring semesters and earn a minimum of 12 credit hours by the end of the academic year
  • maintain a GPA of at least 2.75 for the senior year
  • comply with all University regulations, rules, and codes of conduct governing students on campus
  • consent to release grades to the University Development and Alumni Engagement Division for reporting to donors
  • remain in good standing as a student with the University
