Memorial Hospital Jacksonville Auxiliary Endowed Scholarship

Donor Criteria  

• meet admission requirements and be accepted into the University of North Florida
• enroll as a full-time junior or senior in the Brooks College of Health with a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester
• have a minimum GPA of at least 2.5
• demonstrate financial need as defined by UNF Financial Aid Office
• complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

Student Responsibility  

• enroll full-time each semester and earn a minimum of 24 credit hours by the end of each spring term
• maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 for the junior and senior years
• comply with all University regulations, rules, and codes of conduct governing students on campus
• consent to release grades to the University Development and Alumni Engagement Division for reporting to donors
• remain in good standing as a student with the University
