Betty Bair Lawson Endowed Physical Therapy Fellowship

Donor Criteria

• meet admission requirements and be accepted into the University of North Florida
• be enrolled in a physical therapy program
• reside in Florida for tuition purposes
• demonstrate financial need as defined by UNF Financial Aid Office
• complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

Student Responsibility

• enroll full time each semester and earn a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours by end of each academic year
• maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 at the graduate level
• complete an internship and/or clinical rotation with a Baptist Health facility
• comply with all University regulations, rules, and codes of conduct governing students on campus
• consent to release grades to the University Development and Alumni Engagement for reporting to donors
• remain in good standing as a student with the University
