Pat Hoffman Memorial Endowed Nursing Scholarship

Donor Criteria  

• meet admission requirements and be accepted into the University of North Florida
• enroll as a full-time undergraduate (at least 12 credit hours per semester) nursing student in the Brooks College of Health
• have a UNF cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
• adhere to the requirements outlined by their program of study 

Student Responsibility  

• maintain a GPA of at least 3.0
• comply with all University regulations, rules, and codes of conduct governing students on campus
• consent to release grades to the University Development and Alumni Engagement Division for reporting to donors
• remain in good standing as a student with the University
