Dr. Ann R. Flipse Exercise Science Scholarship

Donor Criteria

  • meet admission requirements and be accepted into the University of North Florida
  • declare a major in Exercise Science
  • enroll full-time as an undergraduate student in BCH (minimum of 12 credit hours per semester)
  • have a minimum GPA of 2.5
  • demonstrate financial need as defined by UNF Financial Aid Office
  • complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
  • reside in Florida for tuition purposes
  • strong preference will be given to a student who intends to pursue a career in medicine
  • be selected by a committee chosen by the Dean of BCH
Student Responsibility
  • earn a minimum of 24 credits by end of each academic year
  • maintain a minimum GPA of 2.50
  • comply with all University regulations, rules, and codes of conduct governing students on campus
  • consent to release grades to the University Development and Alumni Engagement Division for reporting to donors
  • remain in good standing as a student with the University
  • meet with donor or donor’s family at least twice per academic year
