Debra Doughty-Jason Panides Endowed Memorial Scholarship

Donor Criteria
The Donor has determined that eligible students must:

• meet admissions requirements to the University of North Florida and be accepted into the undergraduate or graduate nutrition program
• demonstrate academic progress in the nutrition program
• major in nutrition, with preference being given to undergraduate students who are active members of the College of Health Nutrition Club.

Student Responsibility
Students awarded this scholarship must also agree to:

• enroll full-time each semester and earn a minimum of 24 undergraduate credits or 18 graduate credits by the end of each academic year
• comply with all University regulations, rules, and codes of conduct governing students on campus
• consent to release grades to the Division of Institutional Advancement for the purpose of reporting to the donors
• remain in good standing as a student
