Corinne Hodak Nursing Scholarship

Donor Criteria  

• meet admission requirements and be accepted into the University of North Florida
• enroll full-time as an undergraduate student, earning at least 12 credit hours per semester
• declare a major in Nursing
• have a minimum UNF GPA of 3.0
• demonstrate financial need as defined by UNF Financial Aid Office
• complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
• be selected by a committee chosen by the Dean of BCH 

Student Responsibility

• maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0
• comply with all University regulations, rules, and codes of conduct governing students on campus
• consent to release grades to the University Development and Alumni Engagement Division for reporting to donors
• remain in good standing as a student with the University
