Donor Criteria
- meet graduate admissions requirements and be accepted to the University of North Florida,
- enroll full-time in a graduate clinical program in Nursing, Nutrition and Dietetics, or Kinesiology in the Brooks College of Health,
- earn a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0,
- complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA),
- demonstrate financial need as defined by the University’s Office of Financial Aid
- be an active member of the Osprey South Asian Association UNF student club, or at least one of the following organizations: Goan Association of Florida, Sri Shirdi Sai Society of Northeast Florida, Hindu Society of Northeast Florida (HSNEF), American Association of Physicians of Indian origin, JaxDesi, Kerala Hindus of North America, and/or other similar Indian-centric organizations that are non-profit and open to all,
Student Responsibility
Students awarded this fellowship must also agree to:
- enroll full-time completing at least nine credit hours for the academic year,
- comply with all University regulations, rules, and codes of conduct governing students on campus,
- consent to release grades to the Division of University Development and Alumni Engagement for the purpose of reporting to the Donor,
- remain in good standing as a student, and
- file FAFSA form with the federal government each year.
