Baptist Medical Center Auxiliary - Jacksonville Scholarship

Donor Criteria 

• meet admission requirements and be accepted into the University of North Florida
• reside in Florida for tuition purposes
• be a resident of Clay, Duval, Nassau or St Johns County
• enroll full-time (minimum of 12 credit hours per semester) as a junior or senior undergraduate student in the School of Nursing
• earn a minimum GPA of 3.0
• express intent to remain in the Northeast Florida region upon graduation
• demonstrate financial need as defined by UNF Financial Aid Office
• complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
• be selected by a committee chosen by the Dean of BCH

Student Responsibility

• maintain a cumulative UNF GPA of 3.0
• attend one Baptist Medical Center Auxiliary General Meeting each year
• comply with all University regulations, rules, and codes of conduct governing students on campus
• consent to release grades to the University Development and Alumni Engagement Division for reporting to donors
• remain in good standing as a student with the University
