Entering Leave on a Time Sheet

  • Log in to myWings (https://my.unf.edu) and select Employee under My Resources.
  • Select Banner Self Service, then Time Sheets.
  • Make sure the current pay period is selected from the drop-down and click Time Sheet to access your current time sheet. Note: The time sheet will display one work week at a time. Click the Next and Previous buttons at the bottom of the page to toggle back and forth between workweeks.
  • Select the blue Enter Hours hyperlink on the row and column associated with the kind of leave you are recording and on what day the leave was taken (e.g., Sick Leave on 1/11/2023).
  • Enter the leave in the Hours field and select Save. The value should appear on your time sheet in the appropriate row and column.
  • Check the column and row you recorded leave to ensure accuracy. If you are ready to submit your time sheet for approval, select Submit for Approval. If not, you can exit the page and return later.

Approve timesheets as a proxy

  • On the "Time sheet/Leave Request/Proxy page, go to "Act as Proxy".
  • Use the drop down box and click on the name that you are acting as a proxy for.
  • Choose Select.
  • Select which time sheets org you need to approve

Set up a proxy timesheet approver

  • Log in to your time sheet under Employee Self Service
  • On the “Time Sheet/Leave Request/Proxy” page, select the “Proxy Set up” link at the bottom of the page.
  • Choose a name in the drop down box, then select the add box and the save button.
  • To remove a proxy, select the remove box by the employee’s name and choose save.

Update your home address

  • Log into My Wings
  • Select the "Employee Resources" option in the left menu or the tile on a mobile device
  • Select “Employee Records" then "Personal Information"
  • Select Update Address and Phone
  • Select "Update Address Info" next to the address you want to update
  • Make changes and select update

Update your campus alert phone number

  • Log in to My Wings
  • Select the "Employee Resources" option in the left menu or the tile on a mobile device
  • Select “Employee Records" then "Personal Information"
  • Select “Campus Emergency Alert System (Blackboard Connect )”
  • Make changes and select Submit

Update your emergency contact information

  • Log in to My Wings
  • Select the "Employee Resources" option in the left menu or the tile on a mobile device
  • Select “Employee Records" then "Personal Information"
  • Select "Update Emergency Contacts"
  • Select "New Contact"
  • Enter information on form
  • Select "Submit Changes"

To view your changes:

  • Select "View Emergency Contacts"

View leave balances

  • Log into My Wings
  • Select the "Employee Resources" option in the left menu or the tile on a mobile device
  • Select “Employee Records" then "Personal Information"
  • Choose the top left Employee Services tab
  • Select “Time Off Current Balances and History”
  • On the “View Leave Balances” page - Select on the type of leave you wish to view
