2021 American Institute of Constructors (AIC) Ethics Competition

UNF Team Wins!

six people working on a construction siteAn interdisciplinary team of UNF Engineering and Business students won the US Department of Energy Marine Energy Collegiate Competition MacGyver Award.  This is highly competitive, and intended to "inspire multidisciplinary teams of undergraduate and graduate students to unlock the power of ocean, rivers, and tides to create a business plan and develop, design, and test the technologies that build resilient coastal communities and provide power at sea".

Biomedical Research Program

The program includes a summer research experience and the application period for this opportunity is now open. The program is open to any undergraduate student at UNF however, there is limited space and we will be following a strict (blind) review process.

2019 Women Leaders in STEM Conference

unf center for the advancement of women in engineering logoThe 5th Annual Women Leaders in STEM Conference hosted by the College of Computing Engineering and Construction and the Center for the Advancement of Women in Engineering. Emily Calandrelli - Aerospace Engineer, Author, and Emmy Nominated Host and Executive Producer - will give a keynote speech at 9 am, followed by a panel discussion of prominent engineering leaders, networking opportunities, and breakout sessions, including a special session for middle and high school students.
