New Manager Essentials

Managers are made, not born. Yet 60% of all supervisors or managers indicate they never received any training when they assumed their first supervisor role. How ready are your star performers when they are promoted into a new supervisory role?

This program, powered by Workplace Synergistics, helps participants learn the best practices in developing and executing the three necessary skills of every supervisor and manager — self-management, leading other individuals, and leading teams. Enroll today to build a foundational set of leadership skills.

All classes will be held virtually, 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. EST. Each class provides robust class materials, workbooks, supervisory tools, multiple psychological and self-assessments, and Harvard Business Review journal articles relevant to the day.
