Our 10-day Leadership Development Program has been refined and successfully implemented for high-potential employees, mid- to senior-level managers, and executives across North America. Designed for vice presidents, directors, experienced managers, and senior leaders ready to take their careers to the next level, the program enhances leadership skills while strengthening organizational competence through real-time problem-solving exercises.
Delivered in a live, virtual format over 10 sessions (8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. EST, total of 35 hours/3.5 CEUs), the program blends interactive collaboration with the flexibility to learn from anywhere. Amy Bandalos, CEC
Amy is an executive coach and certified talent optimization consultant with Workplace Synergistics, a management and organizational development consulting firm, working with small and mid-size businesses. She is a Human Resources professional, leader, and consultant with 30 years of experience working in large healthcare and service industry organizations including Vistana Resort, Nemours Children’s Care, and Florida Blue and its parent company GuideWell. Her career has been dedicated to helping companies develop and advance strategies for culture and team environment, leadership and employee development, high-potential talent development, and talent planning and succession. Amy is committed to helping leaders and employees achieve their maximum potential for today, tomorrow and beyond.

Rusty Bozman, SHRM-SCP, CCP
Rusty held various senior leadership roles in all aspects of human resources for large publicly traded and private organizations for over 30 years. He built his career establishing human resources strategy in the information technology, healthcare, and real estate sectors, with organizations including Computer Associates International, The St. Joe Company, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maryland, and a contractor supporting the Department of Defense. He is a certified compensation professional, certified talent optimization consultant, SHRM-SCP and the principal of Workplace Synergistics, a management and organizational development consulting firm.
