Annual International Dinner Dance

April

An evening filled with rich culture, global cuisine, and lively entertainment!

Enjoy authentic traditional dishes, dance the night away to the sounds of a live DJ, and experience the vibrant spirit of international celebration. Each year, we spotlight a different country or region, giving students the chance to explore and learn about a new culture through food, music, and festive traditions.

Free with a valid Osprey 1Card. 

World Fest Village 2025

Join us during International Education Week for the World Fest Village event, where you can enjoy international cuisine from local food trucks, celebrate global cultures, explore new study abroad destinations, and enjoy music and more!

All on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. during Student Union Market Days located in the Osprey Plaza.

Ciné Nights- International Education Month

Join the Language, Literature, and Culture Department and the Department of English to celebrate International Education Week with a free screening of Aya de Yopougon, and enjoy free popcorn and water!

Film: Aya de Yopougon (France, 2013)
Language: French (with subtitles)

Set in the lively neighborhood of Yopougon, Ivory Coast, during the 1970s, this animated film follows Aya, a 19-year-old aspiring doctor, along with her friends Bintou and Adjoua, as they navigate dreams, family, and love in a changing world.

Rhythms of the World: International Education Week

Join us as we end International Education Week with global energy and great vibes!
On Thursday, November 20, 2025, stop by the cafeteria from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for an unforgettable musical experience featuring DJ Mas Appeal. Enjoy fun tunes and vibrant beats from around the world as we celebrate the diverse cultures that make our campus so unique.

Come grab lunch, dance a little, and end International Education Week on a high note! 🌍

Mesa de Cultura - International Education Week

Join the Language, Literature, and Culture Department for a creative and meaningful event as part of International Education Week!

Students will take part in an embroidery activity led by Dr. Constanza López, exploring how art can serve as a powerful response to violence, transforming pain into creativity, resistance, and beauty.
