Apply in July
UNF is coming to a city near you!
Apply in July is an excellent opportunity for rising high school seniors to get to know all about what makes UNF unique, learn more about your academic area of interest, meet your area admissions coordinator, and receive a non-binding, on-the-spot admissions decision!
To receive an admissions decision during your Apply in July event, please complete the following steps at least one week prior to your appointment.
- Step 1: Register for an Apply in July event by submitting the form below. Space is limited, so secure your spot when registration opens!
- Step 2: Submit your UNF application (not the Common App) – opens June 1, 2023.
- Step 3: Pay the $30 application fee (or submit an application fee waiver, if eligible)
- Step 4: Submit your high school transcript
- Step 5: Send your ACT and/or SAT test scores to UNF
- Step 6: Check your applicant status portal to make sure we have received all your necessary materials
Please note that you will be asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to check in. There will also be additional exciting opportunities for you to take part in between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

How to submit your UNF application fee
Payment options:
- Pay online after you submit your application through your applicant portal
- If eligible, upload a copy of your application fee waiver through your applicant portal

How to submit your high school transcript
Options:
- Have your school counselor send an electronic copy to UNF
- Email an unofficial, PDF copy of your transcript to admissions@unf.edu. Ensure your full name and date of birth are visible on the PDF document
- Attach an unofficial copy of your high school transcript to your application on the academic history page. Make sure your full name, school name and date of birth are visible on the PDF document

How to submit your ACT and/or SAT test scores
Options:
- Send scores directly from College Board or ACT
- UNF’s SAT code is 5490
- UNF’s ACT code is 0711
- Email an unofficial, PDF copy of your test scores to admissions@unf.edu. Ensure your full name, composite and subsection scores are visible on the PDF document
- Upload a PDF copy of your test scores after you submit your application through your applicant student portal. Make sure your full name, test date, composite and subsection scores are visible on the PDF document.
