Catering

All catering must be approved in advance with the John A. Delaney Student Union Administration Office. The Delaney Student Union has two preferred caterers, UNF Dining Services and Mayes Food Service. Other caterers may be allowed with approval by the Delaney Student Union and appropriate documentation, including a copy of the caterer’s current Health Operating License and Liability Insurance. Alcohol is permitted in some event spaces in the Delaney Student Union with prior approval. UNF Dining Services and Mayes Food Service are the exclusive caterers for alcohol in the Delaney Student Union.
