OUTCOMES
These tasks are designed to enhance their technical and professional skills, preparing them for future career opportunities. The level of challenge and ownership in these roles is significant, as students are expected to take initiative, solve problems, and contribute meaningfully to their teams. This responsibility helps them develop a sense of ownership and accountability for their work.
Reflection is an important part of our program. Students think about their experiences using the "What? So What? Now What?" method. This helps them understand what they did, why it matters, and what they can do next. By reflecting, students learn about their strengths and areas to improve, and plan for future growth.
Overall, this approach ensures students are ready, engaged, and always learning from their experiences. The mix of challenging tasks, taking ownership, and reflecting creates a dynamic learning environment that helps students grow personally and professionally.
