Data Cookbook Initiative
The Data Cookbook is UNF's official Data Dictionary. The Data Cookbook is a collaborative online data dictionary and data management solution that allows for information sharing and standardization of functional and technical definitions across the university.
Members of the UNF community can use their UNF credentials to login to the Data Cookbook to view the functional data definitions of the university. Access is also available through myWings by adding the Data Cookbook link to the favorites list in Quicklinks. Refer to the "Adding the Data Cookbook Link in myWings" section below for more information.
Specifications describe data deliverables. Data deliverables are often reports but can also be integrations, dashboards, and datasets.

Adding the Data Cookbook Link in myWings

Step 1: Login to myWings

Step 2: Click on "Set Favorites & See More" in the home page under the Quicklinks section.

Step 3: Type "Data Cookbook" into the search bar. Then click the star icon beside the name to mark it as a favorite. Then click on "Home" to go to the home page.

The Data Cookbook is now listed as a favorite in the Quicklinks section.
