UNITE Design Lab
Design for All Learners, Always.
Our vision is to advance innovative research, collaboration, and training through a universal design mindset and innovative practice in workspaces.
The Universal Design for Innovation in Training and Education (UNITE) Design Lab serves as the hub for both national and global stakeholders within organizations, institutions and universities to drive innovative practice across training and development to support all learners.
We strive to provide:
- Research and collaboration networks focused on design for belonging in training development and delivery
- Outreach and resources for organizations to advance their design strategies to promote belonging training and development
- A hub for stakeholders, nationally and globally, to create greater understanding of the value of a universal design mindset in professional training
