Open Education Week is a celebration of the global Open Education Movement. Its goal is to raise awareness about the movement and its impact on teaching and learning worldwide. LinkedIn Learning: Faculty Uses and Perspectives

This workshop will explore how faculty can utilize LinkedIn Learning as an open educational resource (OER), including relevant background information and live demo of how to search the LinkedIn Learning platform for course-specific content. Our faculty co-presenter will showcase how they have utilized LinkedIn Learning to complement learning objectives in their courses, and share student- and faculty-focused benefits.
How to Document OER Efforts in Tenure and Promotion Portfolios

When faculty think of the benefits of open content, they think about the cost savings that students will gain. However, there are additional benefits available to faculty as well. This workshop will provide participants with guidance on how to reap the benefits of open content for the promotion & tenure process. This includes an overview of the publication agreements available to UNF faculty for open access publications.
