FAFSA Priority Deadline:
Students must have a complete and accurate FAFSA received by UNF in order for the University to determine eligibility for financial aid. Completing the application process by these deadlines (assuming sufficient enrollment) will result in the best financial aid offer a student is eligible to receive and that any aid accepted will be available to defer tuition charges by the payment deadline each semester.  Check your status on myWings.

Payment Deadline

The payment deadline is established for each semester and is posted on the academic calendar, the Cashier's Office website as well as the One Stop website and the myWings online bill.  Students enrolled in courses beyond the drop/add period are considered fee-liable and responsible for course charges. Students who have not paid or do not have pending financial aid posted on myWings by 5:00 p.m. of the payment deadline may be purged from their courses for non-payment.  If a student is purged for non-payment he or she must opt to reinstate themselves via myWings.  Upon reinstatement a student must immediately pay  for tuition and fees plus a late payment fee, and a reinstatement fee from their own resources.  Students who do not immediately pay their fees upon reinstatement risk being permanently purged from their classes with no option to further reinstate.

Deadline to Add/Drop Courses:

The deadline to drop and add courses for each semester  is posted on the academic calendar and the One Stop website.  Students who do not drop courses by the add/drop deadline are fee liable for those course charges.  UNF does not allow a course to be dropped after the posted deadline.  After add/drop week, a student would need to withdraw from a course which results in a grade of W on their transcript.  Students are fee liable for withdrawn courses.
