Transfer Tours

The most recent Transfer Tour event has passed (the event was on May 22, 2024).

The Welcome Center is now offering Transfer Student Campus Tours for prospective students interested in transferring to the University of North Florida. UNF has all the resources of a larger state institution while maintaining a supportive community where you’ll get personalized attention and learning. Classes are led by expert faculty that will expose you to a hands-on educational experience.

What is the difference between a campus tour and a Transfer Student Tour?

On a campus tour, students will hear about all of our colleges and see the campus as a whole. On a Transfer Student Tour, you will get to see the resources and student life while diving deep into what it takes to transfer to the University of North Florida to become an Osprey. Our tour will be led by some of our current students to give you the opportunity to get a more in-depth look at what you will be doing as a UNF student.

During the tour you will:

  • Meet representatives from key departments and organizations on campus at a Resource Fair
  • Hear from a panel of current transfer students
  • Meet with academic advisors to gain more insight on your transfer needs
  • Explore our campus through one of our knowledgeable tour guides and hear about dozens of ways to get involved outside the classroom

Please Note: These tours are for prospective and incoming undergraduate students. If you are interested in learning more about graduate studies, we encourage you to visit the UNF Graduate School.
