Presidential Search
The University of North Florida has launched a national search for its eighth President. The Presidential Search Committee, chaired by UNF Board of Trustees member Jack Boyle, plays a critical role in this process, focusing on identifying candidates of the highest caliber to lead the University. The Committee will present to the Board a strong slate of unranked, highly qualified candidates for consideration.
The UNF Board of Trustees will select the next President, subject to confirmation by the Florida Board of Governors.
The Committee’s work is guided by the Florida Board of Governors Regulation 1.002, Presidential Search and Selection, and Section 1004.098 of the Florida Statutes.
