Student Union Advisory Board
The John A. Delaney Student Union Advisory Board serves the University of North Florida by forming a partnership of students, faculty, staff and alumni. The purpose of the Board is to ensure that the Delaney Student Union serves as an effective community center for the University of North Florida with a focus towards building relations with the campus community. The Board reviews and evaluates the mission, policies, services and facilities of the Student Union.
The Board welcomes input from all members of the University community and expects its members to take an active role in the evaluation and implementation of its policies.

You can request Student Union Advisory Board meeting minutes by contacting Jennifer Krechowski at j.krechowski@unf.edu or by phone at 1 (904) 620-1075. Please allow 10 business days for your request.
Priority Status Reservations
UNF organizations requesting priority status may use the Priority Status Application Form.
Priority status events are permitted to schedule their space up to two years in advance.
Requirements for events to receive priority status:

Must support the mission of the University of North Florida and be student-centric

Must require extensive advance planning and coordination with overall University calendar

Must be held on a regular basis (at least once per year)

Must have already occurred 3 times
All priority events are subject to review by the Student Union Advisory Board and can be removed from the list for just cause. Organizations can have a maximum of four (4) priority status events on record at one time.
Organizations must re-apply every three (3) years to request renewal of priority status.
