I. STATEMENT OF REGULATION
If a bicycle or other non-motorized vehicle appears to be abandoned on the University campus, the University Police may place a tag on the vehicle notifying its owner that it has ten (10) days to remove the vehicle or it will be confiscated. Confiscated non-motorized vehicles will subsequently be auctioned with the proceeds from the sale of the vehicle being utilized on behalf of the University for student scholarship funds or loan purposes.
