I. OBJECTIVE & PURPOSE
To establish policies for the classification of students as residents for tuition purposes consistent with state requirements.
I. AUTHORITY
Florida Statute 1009.21 and Florida Board of Governors Resolution dated April 21, 2005.
II. STATEMENT OF POLICY
It is the policy of the University of North Florida to follow laws of the State of Florida as well as regulations and policy guidelines established by the Florida Board of Governors, in the determination of resident status for tuition purposes.
