Dr. Adrien Malek-Lasater is an Assistant Professor of Early Childhood Education in the Department of Teaching, Learning, and Curriculum. Dr. Malek-Lasater's interdisciplinary research focuses on promoting high-quality learning environments that support the whole child and the teacher, and how to support healthy eating behaviors.
