ADDITIONAL FAQ:
Lost or Stolen Keys:
1. Report to UPD before submitting a key request. 2. Once reported, UPD will provide a case number.
3. Enter case number under the applicable section within the form. Failure to submit a case number voids the current key request.
Space Owners Approver(s): After our Physical Facilities team has processed your submittal, the request is re-routed to the department or division's space owner for approval. Note: If multiple approvers are required, the initial space owner must approve first before it can be rerouted to the next space owner.
Change in Space Owner(s): If a space owner is no longer in your department or division, reach out to us to update the new space ownership for your area. Email workmanagement@unf.edu and include the new space owner's full name, their N#, and region(s) - bldg./room of coverage. Important: to avoid delays, notify us as soon as possible.
Approved Request: Print the completed approval email. Bring the printed copy and your Osprey ID for verification (Digital copies are not accepted). The Lockshop will finalize your key request.
