Beginning in myWings will eliminate the need to complete a consent form with the National Student Clearinghouse to complete the transcript order.
- From myWings, click on the Student Records tile. From there, select Student Forms, then Records and Registration Forms then Request Transcripts (Online). On the next page, select Transcript Service to be routed to the National Student Clearinghouse. Select Order or track a transcript.
- For students who no longer have access to myWings and are unable to use the Login Help feature to reset the password, visit National Student Clearinghouse to order your transcript online.
**Please note the pick up option is not currently available**
Note: former or current UNF students applying to the UNF Graduate School do not need to request UNF transcripts from the Registrar's Office.
In keeping with enacted Florida Bill 171, the University of North Florida will waive the transcript fee for a person who is active duty or honorably discharged veteran of the United States Armed Forces and his or her spouse and dependents. If you believe you qualify under these categories, please complete the Transcript Request form and submit via email, along with applicable supporting documentation, t
o records@unf.edu using the subject line "Military Transcript Request."
Grades and Degrees
-
The date that grades are made available to students for the term, and also appear on the official transcript, is listed on the academic calendar.
-
Degrees are awarded and posted to the official transcript after grade processing and final graduation certification. Once final graduation certification is complete, you will receive an email to your UNF myWings account congratulating you on earning your degree from the University of North Florida. At that time your degree will be reflected on your official UNF transcript. You may place your transcript order online at mystudentcenter.org and request that the processing of your order be held until degrees post rather than immediately processed. Once your degree is conferred, we will process your transcript order.
