Transcript Requests

 

Current and former UNF students may request an official UNF transcript by:

 

 

1. Mail: Send a Transcript Request Form and a check or money order for $8 per copy to:

2. In Person: Submit the completed Transcript Request Form and payment in person at One-Stop Student Services. You must also show valid photo identification.
Orders submitted in person are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Students who wish to have their order processed while they wait must pay an additional $2 charge per transcript order, for a total of $10 per transcript. Check or money order are the only accepted forms of payment at One-Stop Student Services. Cash payments can be made at Student Financial Services and the receipt presented to One-Stop Student Services along with the Transcript Request Form.

3. Online: Students may order an official UNF transcript online through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Students are encouraged to log in to their myWings portal to complete the online order.

 

Once on the student tab, find the My Records channel and select Student Self Service and then Student Records. From the Student Records menu, select Request Transcripts. On the next page, select Transcript Service to be routed to the National Student Clearinghouse. Select Order or track a transcript. 
 
Beginning in myWings will eliminate the need to complete a consent form with the National Student Clearinghouse to complete the transcript order.
 

 

For students who no longer have access to myWings and are unable to use the Login Help feature to reset the password, visit mystudentcenter.org to order your transcript online through the National Student Clearinghouse.


At this time, the University of North Florida will send only paper transcripts to its students and alumni. We regret the inconvenience this causes, but due to a technical issue, we cannot send electronic transcripts at this time. When this situation is corrected, we will return to normal business operations as outlined below. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience.
