The award was granted to the UNF Taylor Leadership Institute (TLI) for their tremendous efforts in training more than 300 UNF students and staff in the “7 Habits of Highly Effective People,” a hallmark in the business and career readiness world. The award committee also acknowledged TLI’s new partnership with the Ritz Carlton as an innovative, experiential learning model. This has been so successful that other universities such as the University of Central Florida, the University of South Florida and Cornell are looking to replicate UNF’s leadership and career-readiness collaborations.

During the summit, UNF students Ashley Cozad, Ariana Munoz and Mercedes Sapp presented on how leadership training impacted their confidence, ability to lead others and their engagement on campus.

FranklinCovey Education has been providing leadership programs and culture-changing processes to thousands of schools and educational service centers globally for almost 30 years.
