UNF Athletics celebrates Basketball Fan Day with Osprey community
The University of North Florida men's and women's basketball programs are set for an exciting experience for Osprey fans with UNF Basketball Fan Day on Thursday, Nov. 4, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the UNF Arena. Programming will include:
- Athletics Director Address: Nick Morrow, Athletics Director, will speak on the upcoming season as well as other news and announcements pertinent to the athletics department.
- Meet the Women's Basketball Team: Fans will have the chance to get autographs from the women's basketball players. Darrick Gibbs, Head Coach, will address those in attendance and introduce this year's team.
- Meet the Men's Basketball Team: Fans will be able to watch the end of the men's basketball practice. Player and coach introductions will be conducted by Matthew Driscoll, Head Coach. Fans will also have a chance to get autographs from the team.
- Other Activities
- Participants can enter a raffle with exciting prizes
- Season ticket cards and credentials will be distributed
- Concessions will be open throughout the event
- UNF pep band and cheerleading team performances
- On-court fan participation with a chance to receive a swag bag
- Apparel and other gear will be available for purchase
