Blue and pink artwork that reads - Drag Queen Brunch, June 6 2021 - and features logo from RuPauls Drag RaceTo celebrate Pride Month, the UNF LGBTQ Center is presenting their first ever Drag Queen Brunch featuring Trinity the Tuck, winner of RuPaul’s All Star Drag Race Season 4. In conjunction with MOCA Jacksonville’s LGBTQ Film Festival, the brunch event will take place on Sunday, June 6 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Jacksonville Main Public Library.

An American drag icon, Trinity is a performer and recording artist best known for competing on the ninth season of RuPaul's Drag Race and winning the fourth season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars. Throughout her career, Trinity has won several national pageants, including National Entertainer of the year in 2014 and Miss National Renaissance 2016. Trinity was also named Miss Pulse by Pulse Nightclub in 2011, a club dear to her heart as a resident of Orlando. In June 2019, New York magazine placed Trinity in the top 15 on their list of "the most powerful drag queens in America."

Along with main diva and emcee Trinity, the headlining queen will be Karissa T. Wade, Miss South Florida Comedy Queen. Karissa is Jacksonville’s queen of cabaret and comedy and takes pride in being a community activist that fights for equal rights for all people. Local queens Cinnamon Laroche, Chasity Ross Boen and The Lady Visaya will also be taking the stage to perform.

The event’s theme is “Be True, Be Proud, Be Brave,” and will be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate Pride Month in Jacksonville. Guests attending this event will get the chance to walk the red carpet and be greeted by cameras upon entering. There will be a variety of food and drink options available with ticket purchase, including a limited VIP seating package complete with a special gift.

Due to CDC guidelines, attendance is limited to 100 people. For more information about the event and to purchase tickets, visit the LGBT Center website.
