Advanced Administrative Skills Certification
Program Information
The UNF Advanced Administrative Skills Certificate Program provides an opportunity to sharpen your expertise, expand your network, and gain recognition for the vital work you do.
This year-long, cohort-based program is designed specifically for seasoned staff in roles such as Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Administrative Specialist, and Coordinator of Administrative Services. Through a comprehensive curriculum, participants will gain advanced knowledge and practical skills to thrive in high-level administrative roles across virtually any department at UNF.
Program Details
- Duration: Approximately 12 months
- Format: Cohort-based with periodic group meetings
- Launch Dates:
- Phase 1: October 6, 2025
- Phase 2: February 2, 2026
- Cohort Size: Limited to 20 participants
- Application Deadline: Friday, October 17
Registration for courses is located in Osprey Ascend. Participants who have already completed Phase 1 courses may receive credit, pending verification by CPDT and confirmation of foundational knowledge from the relevant functional area.
Reminder: Phase 2 courses will not be available in Osprey Ascend until February.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 5 years in an administrative role at UNF
- Recommendation from your current supervisor
