is an inclusive community where difference is welcomed and celebrated.
OneJax promotes inclusion within the community
in various ways, from hosting panel discussions on timely topics, to leading
diversity workshops for corporate supporters. Wherever we are, and whomever we
are serving, we always aim to engage our audience and empower each individual
to take responsibility for his or her own role in the broader dialogue of
acceptance that takes place every day in our city.

programs and events that OneJax organizes each year:
OneJax offers various interfaith events and series
for the community to connect and engage through their spirituality, all while
exploring religious diversity from different faith traditions.
Humanitarian Award Dinner
Each year, OneJax hosts a Humanitarian Awards
Dinner to honor outstanding humanitarians and raise funds to support our
OneJax programs for Jacksonville’s youth members offer
impactful learning experiences that educate and build awareness around
differences while providing opportunities for youth to participate in community-building.
The Civil Discourse Project includes moderated
panel discussions on issues which challenge deeply held beliefs about
Sharing a common vision of creating an
inclusive and respectful community, OneJax, in partnership with the JAX
Chamber, create small group suppers at local restaurants around Jacksonville,
led by community leaders, in order to bring diverse people together to break
bread and hear different perspectives.
