The University of North Florida Career Services provides a variety of career services, programs,
and resources designed to help you develop a successful career even after you have graduated.
As an alumnus/a of the University of North Florida you have continuing access to a wide range of FREE career services and programs including:
- Job Postings- Career Services receives job postings from employers on a daily
basis. Registered alumni may view jobs and apply online through "Career Wings.
- Job Fairs-Career Services hosts a number of job fairs each year bringing
employers to campus to meet with students to discuss job and career opportunities
- Resume and cover letter critiques- have your resume or cover letter reviewed
by a member of our staff
- On-campus recruiting programs- sign up through "Career Wings" for
on-campus interviews
- Workshops/Seminars- Career Services sponsors workshops, seminars
and panel presentationsthroughout the year. Check our Calendar of events for dates/times
- Career Library-Career Services maintains a small but powerful Career Library
with information on a widerange of careers.
- MY Plan- On-line career development and assessment website. Call Career
Services for UNF login/code to gain free access to all assessments.
Effective January 2012, a modest fee for individual appointments will be charged for alumni/ae who are one year after graduation. Fees will be assessed for:
Career Counseling-meet with a career counselor for help in making important career decisions or making a career change.
- Career Assessments-Career Counselors use the MBTI and the Strong Interest
Inventory to help determine career interests. There are fees for taking the assessments. You must meet with a counselor before taking any assessments.
- Job Search Counseling- meet with a job search counselor to review your
resume/cover letter, prepare for interviews, and develop a job search campaign
